Lei & Lale: A Drawing Gathering
An intimate, multicultural live-drawing workshop where Hawai‘i and Türkiye meet through art, story, and community.
In the heart of Chinatown, Honolulu, you’ll sketch from a live model wearing a beautiful mu‘umu‘u, adorned with a fresh lei handcrafted by Eco Mindful Lei. The morning includes Turkish coffee, a cozy creative environment, and gentle guidance suitable for all levels — from first-time sketchers to seasoned creatives.
This gathering celebrates cultural connection, slow art, and the shared language of creativity. Bring your sketchbook, your curiosity, and your full presence as we draw, sip coffee, and immerse ourselves in the colors and stories of lei & lale.
